DETAILS FOR TEN PEAKS: A SUGGESTION

Mga tol, the following are suggestions coming from the Cebu-based COES. We had our meeting last May 2, 2009.

Jersey and Uniform

• 2 sets (trekking and camping), with logo of the activity
• Design and costing c/o Nito

Common Tarp

• will be used during each "ten peaks climb"
• with logo of the activity
• design will be presented to the group prior to individual printing
• printing c/o individual groups
• Design c/o Nito

Logo of the activity

• For jersey and common tarp
• c/o Tugas and Alon

Theme

• c/o Alingatong and Tarabusaw

Script

• for recital at the peak, to be documented (what to say when at the peak for documentation)
• c/o Matutum and Alon

Documentation

• This is per team (per mountain)
• one video at the peak
• one group picture at the peak with the common tarp
• use cellphone video, the least
• best documented 'ten peaks" climb willbe rewarded at the anniversary

Activity at the peak

• at least 2 minutes talk at the peak about the group, and our message to other climbers
• other ideas
